YOUTH FITNESS in 60 minutes Coach Jon's fitness program, starts with a dynamic warm up of stretching with movement. Then focusing on both the upper and lower body with exercises designed to build cardiovascular endurance, while explosive plyometric drills will build speed and joint stabilization.

Graduated from Bachelors Degree from Lewis University in sports exercise science, with 8 years of Youth, High school,Collegiate and Profrssional sports training, Jon's experience and knowledge of Periodization and Cross Training allows for the success and injury prevention of his athletes
